The MIME-type is showing in the file properties as "text/plain",
instead of "application/vnd.oasis.opendocument.text" as it should
be. It looks to me like Dan accidentally uploaded it with an
incorrect file type, probably "Document" instead of "File". (I've
done that often enough, and had to start over.)
I don't know how to fix it (or even if it can be fixed), other
than by deleting that file completely and uploading it again,
making sure it's uploaded as "File".
