I suspect this is true, because the package numbers for RC-4 were
...2.0.1-145..., and the package numbers for "RC-5" are ...2.0.1-1... .

For users of Debian-based distributions, note that the package numbering
will cause dpkg to interpret installing the latest packages as
downgrading.

I allowed the "downgrade" to proceed and it worked properly. Newer
packages replaced older ones, and all programs appear to work normally.

"Help > About ..." reports the version as "OpenOffice.org 2.0 ...
Build-1 (Sat Dec 17 17:47:04 CET 2005)". (I wish they'd be consistent
about this. If they're going to call this release 2.0.1 that's what
"...About" should report.)
