[authors] Toolbar or Tool bar?

An interesting quirk I noticed while reading some
of the chapters. It seems that "tool bar" has been
almost universally concatenated to "toolbar."

OO Writer dictionary regards "toolbar" as an invalid
word. I say that's the grammatically correct position
to take.

However, either the manuals should use "tool bar" or
the Writer dictionary should, by default, accept "toolbar."
