Thanks a lot Jean for your work.
I had a look and I just fixed 2 very little things in the ODT, and I
replaced the PDF one too.
Unfortunately I couldn't upload the 2 files, I don't know why it didn't
work. I tried with Linux and Windows.
I'll try again later.
