I have a Styles and Formatting window that has become undocked (well, it didn't just "become" undocked, I intentionally undocked it). Now I am not able to get it re-docked, after trying the suggestions below and then some. I'm using Windows XP SP1, with OOo 2.0.2.

Does anyone else have a problem like this? Any known solutions? (This same thing happened a while ago on my work computer, running OOo 2.0, with Windows XP.)

There are two main ways of docking.
a)Hover the cursor over the grey area inside the border of the floating window
and double click.  It will remember where you last docked it.  The default is
on the left for Stylist and Navigator and top for tool bars. To undock do the
same the ctrl+Dbl-clk is a toggle.

b) Click and drag from the title bar.  When the cursor is over either the
scroll bar on the right or the ruler on the left side a gray frame appears
indicating you can release the mouse button.  As you said the Title bar
disappears. So to undock it is either necessary to drag from the gray border
or ctrl+dbl-clk

Floating toolbars and Navigator will dock top and bottom as well,(though I
don't know why you would want to;) ) Stylist  will only dock to the sides.

Stylist and Navigator will also dock "stacked"  in a pane fashion like the
panes in impress .  Just drag Navigator over the Stylist until a gray frame
appears beneath the Navigator window.   For some reason Stylist won't "stack"
on Navigator
I actually leave Stylist and navigator stacked like that and use f5 and f11 to
reveal or hide.  They always return to the last docked position.
