Here is part of a conversation with someone on the developers'
list. If you are not familiar with OOo 2.0 Premium, I can find
some earlier correspondence and post it here.
As you can see, I zipped the source for the OOoAuthors chapters
and posted the files on our website. These zip files may be of
use to other people too.
Kami asks for German documentation in addition to English, so I
am passing this info on for the attention of the German team. If
you want to follow up, please contact Kami directly.

Thank you for the links :o) I am downloading it and I will
include it in the next version. I hope others will translate
OpenOffice.org Premium to other language. Currently the German
language is also ready so you can pack it and send a link to me
:o) Sadly there are no other language version, because no one
collected any other samples and templates to Premium package...
