I'm really confused about this sentence. There are still so many chapters of the Guides that are not translated to German yet, or -if they are - not really checked and thus not published yet. So what is this all about??

I'm not sure just what is meant. I think maybe the German version of OOo Premium is ready so they are looking for German documentation as well... not necessarily from OOoAuthors, but from anyone who has some. You could write directly to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and ask.
