Chapter 1 was re-reviewed. All the details can be found affixed to the changes in the Accept or Reject Changes log. Some details: The WP info was updated for version X3. A few URLs were changed to their redirected addresses; others that had incorrect addresses altogether were corrected. The "thesaurus" misspelling was fixed. Numerous minor grammar/punctuation fixes were handled uniformly. The "ANSI-92 SQL.Base" error was fixed. The five cases of double-spaces were removed. Gary Schnabl
