[authors] Help: "snap to object"

Hello,

Still working on "Additional Tools". One of the sections says:

  Snapping to object border
  -------------------------
  Activate the Snap to Object Border button to snap a selected
  object to the border of another object.
</quote>

This is the entire section. I almost punched the screen here... Does 
anyone know what the "snap to object border is"? Where can I find it? 
How does it work?
