Re-review of Chapter 3 in Getting Started uploaded. All the details can 
be found affixed to the changes in the Accept or Reject Changes log. The 
items of non-conformity between the text and the V2 GUI were corrected. 
Other grammar/punctuation and cosmetic items fixed.

One unresolved item: I was unable to locate the Setup.exe file that was 
referenced in the text. A file search came up negative. A note was 
inserted concerning this.

Another item: Is it customary to have the changes of a prior review 
still in a published chapter as in this one?
