[authors] Reviews of Writer Guide chapters needed

It's great that Gary is reviewing the Getting Started book, and I 
don't want to discourage him from continuing, but...

It would be really, really helpful if people would work their way 
through the Writer Guide, as some chapters have not been updated 
for a very long time.

Chapters 1, 2 and 11 have been checked and revised. Chapter 13 
has been reviewed but not yet revised. All others need a first 
review/update.

Multiple reviews are fine, but with limited resources I would 
really like to see all chapters get at least one good review.
