In theory, I move files from the Feedback folder to the Old Files folder for a book at the time of publishing the revised version of a chapter, but obviously I did not do that this time (probably because I never set up an Old Files folder for Contributor Resources). Once or twice a year I go through the old files and delete the really old ones.
