I want to make sure I'm understanding this process correctly. I went to
the above link (User Guide 2 -> Writer -> Published final -> folder
contents) I see a list of items that most say are Published. Am I
correct in assuming that the Published State means it needs reviewing?
Normally, a chapter in the Published state does *not* need
reviewing at this point, but it's okay for anyone to review them
again. Chapters in the *Pending* state are the ones needing
review; they are also listed in the Review List on the first page
of the site.
So I just select one, let the list know which one and review it? I did
read the directions on uploading my reviewed file to Feedback, etc. I
just didn't want to check out a file that didn't need reviewing :)
The two chapters of the Writer Guide most in need of review are
"Using Mail Merge" and "Using Forms in Writer". If you could do
one of them, it would be really helpful. (I have just changed
their state to "Pending" to fit with my statement above.)
