[authors] Writer/Web chapter

It looks like my time is opening up a little, so I want to start working
on the Writer/Web chapter. If Jean or anybody has given thought before
to what should be in the chapter, I'd like to hear your suggestions. I'd
also like to hear from people who have used Writer quite a bit to create
or edit Web pages. Where have you hit snags? Have you learned any useful
tips?
