Dan is correct. However, when in doubt (or just to make sure
everyone immediately involved notices), I ping both people. -)

likely) c) what should be the title of the revision? should I put a
time stamp? d) is the file named correctly? (This I hope I got
right...)
The title should remain the same although I would think
shortening it to IntroductionToImpress_01Dec06_JHW_MZ.odt would be
more appropriate to use in the feedback folder. When it is properly
reviewed and published, it will then have the full name:
0501IG-IntroductionToImpress.odt.

Dan, most people name drafts without the "0501IG-" part, and
that's quite okay, but since I added that on my version of the
chapter, I'm glad Michele retained it. (I gave my version the
full name because that makes it easier for me to keep track of on
my computer.)
Michele, you might like to have a go at Chapter 2, which I
uploaded last night. In addition to the missing bits (mentioned
in my note to the list), I already know of at least one mistake
that I made; funny the things that occur to me just as I'm going
to sleep. I'm sure you will find that one, plus others.
