Thanks, TJ! I will be particularly interested in what you have
said about Chapter 1, as it is on my list of chapters that I want
to revise heavily... if and when I have time.
Gary, will you have time to go through TJ's edits in the next few
days, before I look at them?
TJ, thanks also for catching that last stray "TIP" in Ch3. I have
fixed that and uploaded a replacement file.
