I can do that. BTW, there were even a few more minor "erroneous" items
for chapter 3 that I already committed today. I think I have caught them
all on my personal copy on the desktop.

Thanks, TJ! I will be particularly interested in what you have said
about Chapter 1, as it is on my list of chapters that I want to revise
heavily... if and when I have time.
Gary, will you have time to go through TJ's edits in the next few
days, before I look at them?

fixed that and uploaded a replacement file.
