Maybe you could try "apt-cache search quickstarter". In Debian you
find two different and separate packages (one for KDE, one for
GNOME). Probably you need to install one of this?
If they are not in the build set of debs, that could be interesting.
And I have discovered
http://packages.ubuntulinux.org/feisty/editors/openoffice.org. But I
am not sure, if you will get the quickstarter running with it ... :(
