I just uploaded Ch2 after accepting most of TJ's edits and making
some minor amendments to the index entries.

You mentioned simultaneously re-editing five WG chapters and
adding some substantive material changes in spots. Which chapters
are those? I would like to concentrate my second-pass indexing on
the chapters you are not working on, so we don't end up with
conflicting versions of the chapters.
