So far, chapters 1 through 3 are mostly done. Then there's chapters 7,
10, 12, and 13--and possibly some GS chapters on styles for later.

You mentioned simultaneously re-editing five WG chapters and adding
some substantive material changes in spots. Which chapters are those?
I would like to concentrate my second-pass indexing on the chapters
you are not working on, so we don't end up with conflicting versions
of the chapters.
