In the past some of the x-refs were wrong in the full book, even though
they were correct in the individual chapters. (Yes, a bug report was
filed.)
There are a few figures without number, but these might be on purpose.

I checked first about every 11th page: Later I looked around the already
found errors:
On page 92 are a number of spaces: ( figure 95).
On page 288 is a reference to figure 285. I think that figure 275 is meant.
On page 288 is a reference to figure 283. I think that figure 303 is meant
On page 390 is a reference to figure 382. I think that figure 387 is meant.
On page 409 is a reference to figure 403. I think that figure 406 is meant.
