Yes, I have, but as I already said, at the moment I resile a little bit
from doing a global document ;)
The styles and outline and toc setup and headers/footers in the
ODM are the same as for an ODT document containing all the chapters.
The way I created the Writer Guide in one ODT file was to export
it from the ODM. Then I had to fix the wrong x-refs, but when all
the chapters were in one file the x-refs stayed fixed instead of
going wrong again when I reopened the master doc.
I am still looking for a better (easier) way to do this that
works reliably, but I think until the bugs in OOo are fixed, it
will be difficult to find an easy way.
