[authors] GS Ch8 Draw revised -- review needed!

I have reorganised and added a lot of material to Chapter 8, 
Getting Started with Draw, in the Getting Started guide. I used 
material from the Draw Guide.

I would really like to have someone review this chapter. Perhaps 
someone in the German team who is working on the Draw Guide could 
look at this chapter? I don't want to copy mistakes from the 
English Draw Guide to the Getting Started book! (I did see 
several illustrations that seemed to be wrong. I amended them; I 
hope I've got them right now.)
