I'm in the final stages of putting together the third edition of
the Getting Started guide. I have some changes to make in
Chapters 3 and 15 and in the Appendix, and then I need to go
through my notes to see what I've missed. ;-)
I should have this done over the weekend. If Dan Lewis is unable
to finish his revisions to the chapter on Base before I've done
everything else, I'll replace the current chapter with his
revised one later on.
These books are always a work in progress anyway. That means
anyone can review any published chapter at any time, and I
encourage you to do so. Maintaining this set of books (keeping
them up to date) is a huge task, which many eyes make easier.
