Hello,
I downloaded the full Writer guide (3rd edition) for the first time, as
I wanted to learn more about cross-references. Of course I have already
plenty of chapters on my PC for translation purposes ;-)
Very much to my surprise, the Contents pages do no have any
cross-references and also the index has none. Is this correct or did I
something wrong while downloading? In the latter case, one could warn
the reader/downloader.
Another strange thing is that the page numbers in the contents do not
correspond with the page numbers in the book. Has it to do with the fact
that the book has a format of 6 X 9 and my computer is set to A4 page
layout? Trying to make the page setup to A4 format does not solve the
problem and makes it even worse.
Of course downloading the PDF version solves all previous problems, but
of course here one has no possibilities for cross-references
Could anybody advise?
