Thank you to everyone who, over the past day or two, provided 
comments and files for me to look at and respond to.

I had good intentions of quick responses to everyone, but instead 
I spent most of yesterday doing computer-maintenance things (and 
buying a new computer, which won't arrive for a week or two).

I'm only part way through the maintenance process (which seems to 
have generated more problems than it solved), so today may be 
shot as well.
