1. I read this not only with an eye for typos and spelling mistakes, but
also for things which made me need to read it again to understand.

2. I wondered as I was reading, is there a particular reason that the
order of the sections is that way. My preference would be to put the
order of the instructions in the same relative order as the sections in
the dialogs. For example Page Order, Detail and Scale.
- included Zero values (oversight?)
- "on a sheet of paper" seems superfluous to me and maybe misleading. I
thought at first it meant a sort of nup feature. You know, printing two
pages to a sheet of paper, but this is more to do with scale.
3. Same question about order of explanation being the same as
presentation on dialogs.

- adjusted drawing object to fit in between pictures.
- non-contiguous might be more accurate, but separate won't get them
reaching for a dictionary.

Figure 7 needs to be updated. oodev-2.3 has up arrows on the More
button.
- inserted comment about blinking cursor. (I was confused as to where
the text needed to be typed in.)

In heading and footer appearance would it be hard to have a reference to
the section in the formatting chapter explaining how to use the dialog
in Figure 9?

Figure 10 (icons) plus the icons in the text showing the custom header
buttons are different to what I am seeing. Is this a change in
oo-dev-2.3 or because of the OS I'm using?
