Thankyou, I dithered for a while before sending it. Nervous about this first review, but I had immense satisfaction doing it and learnt a lot about Calc in the process. Shelagh PS One thing I couldn't work out was how to changed the paragraph format for the Authors list. That's why my name has a space between it and the two above. I need to read the chapter on formatting write documents!
