Dear all, My apologies in the big delay in producing anything. I decided I needed to do an almost complete rewrite as the new chart wizard is not really like the old chart making facility.
Then through illness, on my part and the part of my harddrive (which died noisily a week ago) etc. Plus for a while I really didn't know how to write the second part of the chapter. So excuses aside. I thought I'd better put up what I've done so far with a proposal for future work. Due to the many pictures in the file and the saving the changes, it is a very big file. Shelagh
