Can you tell me how you got the effect in the lower right hand picture on the page with 6 flowers in the section on filling holes.
These fotos were created by Regina. But I tried to follow the description and had no problem creating the effect.

Yes, this means: what is described in the left box, makes the effect you see in the right box. I suppose that applying the "poster" filter at first is neccessary to reduce the resolution.
Might be that you cannot see it because of the resolution of the foto you use. When the resolution is very high, it might be hard to see the pixels individually.
