Thanks for catching that. It should be "list". That's what the same
item is called in Ch7 and in the Getting Started book. (The "box" in
"list box" is unnecessary and irrelevant; we rarely if ever use it,
except in topics aimed at more technical audiences.)

Also, the cross reference to Figure 40 was omitted. The new part about
the list styles had the formatting character styles reversed from how we
do them otherwise. So, there were a few dozen of those to redo.
