I may be wrong (because it has been a long time since we added a new
language), but I think a site administrator needs to set up the folder for
a new language section on OOoAuthors. I think there is something special
about it that is different from setting up other folders... something to do
with the language shown on the user interface maybe? Also something to do
with what shows on the first page of the language section (for example, the
Deutsch section shows different boxes, in different places on the page,
from the ones shown on the English section). Maybe some others things too.
Somewhere I may have instructions from Daniel on how to set this up, but I
think Marko has been setting up some of the other language sections. Marko,
are you there?
