There is something that has to be added to the Draw Guide in chapter 2.
The shortcut Alt+pressed left mousekey in order to draw a circle from its
middle, does not function under Linux. There you have to add the Ctrl-key
to the combination.
But because of the fact that the Ctrl-key normally lets the object snap to
the grid this happens to the cricle, too under Linux. So, if you want to
avoid this you have to ACTIVate the option "snap to grid". This sounds a
little bit funny but is true in OOo: double-activating an option DISables
it :)
I added a hint in the German version, possibly you want to do the same?!
