Level-1 numbered and bulleted list styles available. Other minor changes. Is incomplete, but is better than before.

Now, level-1 (unnested) bulleted and numbered lists can be installed without manual overrides. Some rough instructions included. Works OK. Is easy to do. Use it... and make suggestions or edit the template yourself, and we'll probably incorporate your changes. More formatting will be added later.
