But there are quite a number of things that don't look right:
OOoTextBody is no longer indented, but OOoTableText still is
OOoHeading1 and OOoHeading2 are now centered
I don't know if this is related to the general issue with OOo 2.4 or
if instead you intentionally made these changes.
We really need to raise the profile of the issue of styles being
changed autonomously by OOo 2.4 as it is really unworkable at present.
The version of the working with tables chapter that Jean uploaded is
all over the place when opened iwth OOo 2.4.
I thought that the issue was that I might have opened and saved the
file with DEV300m6 as OOo3.0 will use a new ODF version, but I am
almost sure that I did not do that.

I have been using version 3.0 the past two days and will switch to the
next developer snapshot when it's released in another day or two. It
doesn't appear to have the version 2.4.0 bug with those recently
discovered features.
Upon further review, version 3.0 now exhibits the same version 2.4.0
behavior for lists in older documents. So, whatever templates that will
be used or updated/uploaded will be based on version 2.3.1--the most
recent stable version for our purposes.
