I just started OOo 3.0 on the Windows machine and discovered that I
don't have icons on the toolbars, either, and no selection I make in
the Options for Icon Size and Style makes any difference: all I see on
the toolbars is the names of the icons. I think I must have a dud copy
of the beta.
