[authors] PING Michele and Gary: revised Writer Guide Chapter 3?

I have here a note from Michele dated 9 January 2008 which mentioned 
some changes to Writer Guide Chapters 3 and 4, in addition to those in 
Chs 6 and 7. However, I cannot find a revised Chapter 3 on the website 
(though I can find Ch4 in Feedback, and it's on the review list).

Can anyone offer a clue as to where Michele's revised Ch3 might be, and 
what its status is?

(I looked for a later note from someone about the chapter, but didn't 
find one... though it could be lurking anywhere and I'm just not finding 
it.)
