The one tricky point I would like to see covered somewhere, is the issue of forcing a right-hand page. It might make a "yes/no" column in the Page Styles table.

Is the right-hand page you want forced going to be the first page of a new chapter, or for some other purpose? It's a good point to cover, but I'd like to make sure I relate my explanation to a real-world situation.

I know I'll need it for chapters, and IIRC, I can get that with my heading paragraph style (if that's the right way to do it). I would probably need it for any appendix or "back matter". Do I need it for anything up front? /tj

Look into the CMoS as to what could be considered front/back stuff, plus how to handle them (pagination: recto/verso and numbering: lowercase roman vs arabic). Maybe, you might find para. 1.4 Divisions online.
