My apologies that it took so long. There were numerous edits that
needed to happen in this chapter, and a section or two that needed to be
completely rewritten. As a result, it may be a good idea to put it back
into the "pending" queue after this first pass of changes so that
another pair of eyes can take a look and see if there's anything I've
missed.
