[authors] Template Changer seems to preserve outline styles now

I just used the latest version of the Template Changer extension in 
OOo3.0 and discovered that the assignment of custom styles to outline 
levels did NOT disappear as has happened previously (due to a bug in the 
Load Styles function). Load Styles still has the bug.

Has anyone else (Gary? Michele?) tried this, and does it now work for 
you, too? If so, I'll remove the caution note from the section on 
extensions.
