I occasionally go through the members list and delete obvious spammers like that, but of course I miss some and I don't do it very often. But I have never checked for pages like those listed for tonymedia. As you say, no doubt there are others. I'll look around a bit more, and also check to see if deleting a member automatically deletes that member's Home page and linked pages.
If you'd describe how to delete a member and/or his sites, I would be pleased to help. I have the manager role, too. When I was in Plone (as I wrote earlier) I couldn't find an option to delete a member.
As I just see, your deleting tonymedia and some others has already helped. The "unsafe" message doesn't show up right now.
