[authors] OOoAuthors.org site temporarily down

Our IT admin has had to bring down the OOoAuthors.org site because the 
spam traffic was adversely affecting the performance of other sites on 
the same machine. We hope to have it back up within the next few days.

This mailing list is unaffected, as it goes through openoffice.org and 
not oooauthors.org.
