[authors] Impress Guide put on Amazon -- but not by us

The person who has been putting the OOoAuthors books on Amazon.com has 
now added the Impress Guide to the list. I haven't put it on Lulu yet, 
because we're still doing updates and I haven't had time anyway.

I'd love to know how many copies this person sells of the various books 
through Amazon.com. Our Lulu sales have always been steady but not very 
high; one might guess that more books would sell through Amazon just 
because of the extra exposure.

In other news, I now have dial-up access at the new house (phone line 
was connected today), and have ordered the broadband; 10-15 working 
days, they say. Hope I don't have to do much online research for the 
next few chapters of the Calc Guide, or any of my other projects. ;-)
