I'd love to know how many copies this person sells of the various
books through Amazon.com. Our Lulu sales have always been steady but
not very high; one might guess that more books would sell through
Amazon just because of the extra exposure.
Doesn't Amazon have statistics available for any book or item, listing
its volume and Amazon ranking?
