I changed Appendix D to Chapter 14 because that sequence in the book seemed better to me. So some of the references in other chapters are out of date and should be changed.
I'm fairly sure that I deleted the Appendix D file from the Drafts list for the Calc Guide on the website. If you downloaded a copy earlier, please delete it; it's obsolete.
