I should have looked before I sent the message, but I have already
deleted the "D".. Sorry about that.. I will keep an eye open in the
other chapters that refer to "D".

I'm fairly sure that I deleted the Appendix D file from the Drafts list
for the Calc Guide on the website. If you downloaded a copy earlier,
please delete it; it's obsolete.
