I thought so too. However, after my PW would not work, I was asked for
my user name to reset the PW. But I was informed that my user name I
entered was NG...
What does NG mean? No good? Is that the message you got from the site,
or your interpretation of it? (Cryptic comments do not constitute a
useful bug report, or help others find and fix a problem.)
Had you logged off the old site before attempting to log on to the new
site? There might be some conflict that I'm unaware of. I've noticed
that I can't be logged on to both at the same time.
Up to now I haven't taken the time to look for the place in the new
instance where I can change user permissions and do other maintenance
chores of that nature. I'll try to find time today to do that.
