Gary, I disagree with some of your recommendations in this file,
especially in the GUI terminology section. I don't have time to write

My take on GUI terms would be to follow the exact spelling and
capitalization of them as expressed in either the tooltips or the
menuitems in the UI. Therefore, these terms would be uniform in the
various chapters and guides among all writers, reviewers, or editors.
In the past we have used multiple versions of some of them. It's no big
issue, but keeping them uniform throughout all our documentation seems
the way to go. It would be very simple to find out how they are
expressed--just refer to the UI (assuming that they are uniform among
the various platforms). Any comments?
