I've had no comments on my note about changing the sequence of chapters
in the Calc Guide, so I've made an executive decision to reorganise the
book into this sequence. I have replaced the files in the Drafts folder on both the old and new sites with files renamed and renumbered as follows. I am still going through the files indexing them and will check and fix the x-refs to other chapters at the same time.
