go to the Site Setup button. Then you find inside the Plone configuration a
section "users and groups". You can grep for the name (not the user name) of a
user (or display all user) and then set the permissions or reset the password.
There is no Author role defined for the new site, and I can't find where
to see what permissions the existing roles have. I have found where to
add a role, but not where to define its permissions. I recall that
someone (probably Daniel) added the Author role to the old site, because
the others did not suit our needs.
I will look around some more today, if I have time. But you can probably
save me the time, because I'm sure you know the answer. Thanks!
